God's Garden

I ran as fast as the wind blows,
Dodging the trees and bushes.
Suddenly;
A meadow was upon me,
I stop.
All this wonderful beauty is breath taking.
The sun beating down upon the wild flowers,
The wind blew a sweet smell of dew.
My hair blew back in the wind,
Taking out all the tangles.

The flowers stood straight up,
As if nothing in the world could tear them down.
I ran the distance to be here,
Here;
Is where I belong.

The colors,
The smells,
The sights,
The beauty.

This is God's garden.
Where the grass is greener than ever,
The dew hangs off every blade.

This is God's garden,
Where I can be free,
I can let my soul fly.
I have peace,
I have an understanding of a life that shouldn’t be.

This must be God's garden.
